“What is the most important part of a car?”

When thrown with this question, people would automatically give answers such as engine, brakes, or even tires. Although all of these parts are essential, there is also another car part that is as equally important as the others--- this is the auto glass.

The tempered glass is used on the rear and side windows. It also undergoes a special process wherein it is heated and then cooled.

Both types of auto glass are stronger than a regular glass as they are especially made to be impact resistance. When a regular glass receives a strong hit, it often shatters and breaks into big sharp pieces. Tempered glass however, would simply fall into the ground in small pieces. A laminated safety glass on the other hand, would also shatter but the pieces would adhere onto the vinyl sheet.
